Ok, here are my thoughts. I'd love to hear yours.

REAL glad to see the old Ozzy logo back! HELL YEAH!!

And the new song is good old Ozzy. The artwork is decent. Not as interesting as Black Rain was, but I'd say it's definitely in keeping with typical Ozzy covers. Wish I could see the flag better, can't tell what exactly is supposed to be on it. Is it a white feather? Can't tell. I hope this isn't going to have liberal theme, I'd just like a good ass kicking Ozzy album, but whatever. Anyway I like the whole idea of Ozzy as an angel/devil here. Has a good epic feel to it. Looking real forward to it. Already pre-ordered it at Amazon.

The artwork for SCREAM reminds me a bit of the european power metal feel, maybe announcing gus g's arrival and his connection to european power metal. I love paintings on covers, things Sabbath did, Rainbow, etc., but I also like covers that depict heavy metal themes. There's a good vibe here (and real glad they change the name from Soul Sucka (yetch), it's Ozzy and he's saying, 'Land ho' or 'Ahoy, Mate', whatever. Covers with themes are cool even if sometimes they don't look as overblown as some of the terrible modern metal and nu-metal covers.

I think all of Ozzy's covers were great right up to No More Tears. I saw him on that tour, and it was fucking great, but that is when the "classic" Ozzy looked kinda stopped for me. I think after Ultimate Sin, or maybe No Rest for The Wicked, the covers tried to get more artsy looking. I really like the Black Rain cover, it kinda reminds me of the old classic Ozzy albums. And this, with the old logo, yeah, I'm happy. At least the cover is headed in the right direction. And that new song rocks. We'll see about the album when it comes out.

Looking real forward to this. I don't like a lot of what has gone on for/with Ozzy outside of music. For me, it is ONLY about his music. And I'm real excited about this.
